Members of GPBPW attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the multimillion-dollar construction project for Gwen’s Girls.  This event was filled with community members and political leaders who support Dr. Kathi Elliott and the mission of Gwen’s Girls.  Dr. Elliott is the daughter of past member Gwendolyn (Gwen) Elliott.
